Yes, trade show exhibits are available on rent as well. However, before we go into that let us talk a little about the booth spaces because your choice should depend also on that. A typical booth is 10'X10' in dimension; but if you want larger space, you can hire them in multiple of that. In other words, you can rent two booths side by side and get a space that is 20'X10'; four booths can get you a space 20'X20' and so on. Now, it is natural that a 20'X20' booth will require different type of display system than a 10'X10' booth will. Today, an entire industry has grown up around the design and the sale of these trade show exhibits. As I have already said, there are two different categories of such companies. While most exhibits are available through both shops and internet, the custom-built trade show exhibits are generally sold or rented out through shops with large show rooms only.

The custom exhibits are fabricated from a variety of materials. Naturally, the design of the booth and needs of the exhibitor are the two main decisive factors here. These exhibits often incorporate hard wall panels to separate spaces and to create rooms. Often, stages, workstations and different types of display components have to be incorporated in the design. Often big companies, who take part in different trade shows held in different parts of the country round the year, make outright purchases; but as I said, they are also available on rent.

Indeed, once upon a time, the trade show display business was dominated by the notion of owning one's display properties, but not anymore. The exhibit rentals allow variation of designs and what is more, because the same exhibits are used again and again, albeit after a little modification or even up gradation, they cost much less. However, such rented exhibits will require an on-site labor, but most exhibit rentals include them in the package itself.
